Job Description:

Job Title: MIS Executive (Female)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Generate accurate reports and dashboards for management review.
Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely report submission.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Coordinate with different departments to gather and update required information.
Maintain records, databases, and reporting systems efficiently.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and analytical requirements.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Hands-on experience with:
VLOOKUP
HLOOKUP
Pivot Tables
Pivot Charts
XLOOKUP (preferred)
Conditional Formatting
Data Validation
Basic Formulas and Functions
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or related field preferred).
1–3 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Management, or a similar role.

Preferred Candidate
Proficient in Advanced Excel and reporting.
Able to handle large datasets efficiently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
