Key Requirements:
✔ MBA (Operations preferred)
✔ 5+ years of experience in Process Management
✔ ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification (Mandatory)
✔ Knowledge of ISO 31000 and/or ISO 27001
✔ Expertise in SOP Development, Process Mapping, Internal Audits & Risk Assessment
✔ Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop and implement SOPs, Policies, and Process Frameworks
🔹 Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Conduct Internal Audits and ensure compliance across functions
🔹 Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans
🔹 Facilitate management reviews and process performance reporting
