Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently.
* Hire across multiple functions and seniority levels.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
* Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
* Experience in global/international recruitment will be an added advantage.
We're looking for someone with excellent sourcing skills, strong stakeholder management, and outstanding communication abilities.
