About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Officer to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of HR practices and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Handle joining formalities, induction, confirmation, exit process, and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, and monthly HR reports.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance appraisals.
Draft HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
Resolve employee queries and support employee relations.
Ensure implementation of HR policies, statutory compliance, and HR procedures.
Preferred Industry

Candidates with experience in Air Compressors, Pneumatics, Industrial Equipment, Capital Equipment, Generators, Laser Machines, CNC Machines, or Industrial Machinery will be preferred.

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS.
Excellent documentation and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
