*Key Responsibilities:*
Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the branch team.
Develop new business and maintain key customer relationships.
Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance with company policies.
Monitor collections, inventory, and overall branch performance.
Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with management.
*Qualification: Bachelor's Degree*
*Experience: 6–9 years in Branch Management/Sales, preferably in the Electrical, Switchgear, or Industrial Products industry.*
