Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Experience

• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience

Language Preference

• English, Hindi, Marathi

Salary

• ₹5,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records using Zoho Books.
• Prepare and process customer invoices, vendor bills, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform regular bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
• Process employee reimbursements and maintain expense records.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare GST workings, reconcile GST data, and coordinate timely GST return filings.
• Support TDS calculations, deductions, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and banks whenever required.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
