6. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction requirements.
7. Ensure construction work meets required quality standards.
8. Monitor material requirements, procurement, and usage at site.
9. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
10. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
11. Manage project costs and control unnecessary expenses.
12. Coordinate with government departments and local authorities when required.
13. Handle project documentation, reports, measurements, and billing.
14. Verify contractor bills and work completion measurements.
15. Identify project risks and take corrective actions promptly.
16. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
17. Provide regular project updates to senior management.
