Position: Manager / Sr. Manager – Planning & Purchase
Location: Kuha, Ahmedabad
Industry: Industrial Valve Manufacturing
Experience: 5+ Years
CTC: ₹8–16 LPA
Qualification: Graduate / B.Tech / M.Tech
Job Responsibilities:

Manage production planning and material planning.

Handle purchase and procurement of outsourced components.

Develop and manage vendors for timely material supply.
-
Handle purchase orders, negotiation and cost optimization.

Monitor inventory and procurement activities.
-
Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality and Sales teams.

Ensure timely material availability and order readiness.
-
Follow up with vendors for delivery and quality.
-
Maintain procurement records and reports.
-
Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
Required Skills:
-
5+ years of experience in Planning & Purchase.

Strong knowledge of procurement and material planning.
-
Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
-
Strong follow-up and analytical skills.
-
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
-
Experience in industrial/manufacturing/engineering sectors preferred.
-
Valve manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
