IFD Sales Professional (Associate and Senior Associate)
Role Overview
Join NBFC as an IFD Sales Professional to empanel and train CAs, ex-bankers, wealth advisors, and finance professionals as Independent Financial Distributors (IFDs). Drive sales, provide product knowledge, and support business development through events.
Key Responsibilities
- Empanelment: Recruit CAs, ex-bankers, and finance professionals as IFDs.
- Training: Guide IFDs on digital platforms and mobile apps.
- Product Knowledge: Educate on Mutual Funds, NFOs, IPOs, NCDs, Bonds, and more.
- Sales Achievement: Motivate IFDs to meet sales targets.
- Advisory: Assist IFDs in client acquisition and product advisory.
- Event Organization: Host events for IFD business growth.
Requirements
- Education: B.Com; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Skills: Training, sales, financial products knowledge.
