Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom, providing product information and guiding them through their jewellery shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery items based on their preferences, budget, and occasion.
- Maintain a neat and organized display of jewellery items on the shop floor, ensuring products are accurately labeled and priced.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support during promotional events or sales campaigns.
- Ensure the showroom remains clean, presentable, and well-stocked at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.
- Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales, and security.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and maintaining inventory.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

We are engaged in the wholesale business of silver jewellery since gold jewellery. Our registered office and business of operation is based in Ahmedabad. We essentially sell gold based chains and bracelets. We outsource the manufacturing of our jewellery through job workers based in Ahmedabad.
We procure gold & silver majorly through the bullion market and partially from the local markets in Ahmedabad. Gold bars, Silver bars and other Necessary Materials are provided to Job Workers Who are based either in Ahmedabad or in different parts of India depending upon their speciality in particular items.
