Tally Entry Operator
Job Description:
We are hiring a Tally Entry Operator in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry:Daily posting of Purchase, Sales, Receipt, and Payment vouchers in Tally.
- Inventory Management:Maintaining records of raw materials (sheet metal coils/sheets) and finished goods stock movements.
- Banking:Handling bank reconciliation statements and keeping track of daily cash/bank transactions.
- Documentation:Preparing and managing GST invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
- Reporting:Assisting the senior accountant in generating monthly outstanding reports (Payables/Receivables).
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Software:Must have hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
- MS Office:Basic knowledge of Excel (for creating simple trackers) and Word.
- Experience:06 months to 1 year of experience in an accounting or data entry role.
- Accuracy:High speed and accuracy in numeric data entry.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum Commerce Graduate (B.Com).
- Resident of Ahmedabad (preferably near Vatva or surrounding areas for an easy commute).
- Disciplined, punctual, and capable of maintaining confidentiality of financial data.
