Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by identifying potential clients and sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Present shipping solutions and provide accurate quotes to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in shipping or logistics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of shipping services and market trends is a plus.
- Salary: Up to 6 LPA
