Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, support operational teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage data entry, record maintenance, and document filing.
2. Assist in coordinating with different departments for operational needs.
3. Prepare and compile reports as needed by the management.
4. Handle emails, correspondence, and other back-office communication.
5. Ensure proper upkeep of files and records in compliance with company policies.
6. Support the front office team with operational and administrative tasks.
7. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
8. Address and resolve minor technical and operational issues.

Requirements:

1. Education: Graduate in any discipline.
2. Experience: Fresher to 6 months of relevant experience.
3. Skills:
   • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
   • Good written and verbal communication skills.
