We are hiring an Account Executive in Ahmedabad.

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 3-4 Years
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally Prime, and expertise in managing GST and TDS compliance. Strong Excel skills and the ability to handle day-to-day accounting tasks are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Operations:

   • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
   • Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and records.

2. GST Compliance:

   • Prepare and file GST returns.
   • Manage GST reconciliation and ensure compliance with regulations.

3. TDS Compliance:

   • Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS as per statutory requirements.
   • File TDS returns and maintain related records.

4. Financial Reporting:

   • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
   • Generate MIS reports for management review.

5. Excel Management:

   • Create and manage detailed reports using advanced Excel functions.
   • Perform data analysis for financial insights.

6. Coordination:

   • Collaborate with internal teams for financial processes.
   • Assist auditors during statutory and internal audits.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Tally Prime.
• In-depth knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
