Skills & Qualification:
Educational Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Master’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or HR certifications.

Core Competencies:
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
 Knowledge of HRIS and other HR management software is a plus.
