We are hiring a Sales Manager in Valsad, Bodeli, Halol.

Position: Sales Manager – Personal Loan Sales
Sector: NBFC (On-Roll Position)


Locations: Valsad, Bodeli, Halol


Salary: ₹3.5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates in Personal Loan Sales
Other Requirements:

  • Fieldwork role requiring a two-wheeler and a valid driving license
  • Age limit: Up to 33 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Managers to join our growing team in the NBFC sector. This role involves managing personal loan sales, client acquisition, and achieving monthly sales targets through direct field efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Personal Loan Sales: Promote and sell personal loan products to prospective clients.
  2. Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers, generating leads through direct fieldwork.
  3. Field Visits: Conduct daily field visits to meet clients, explain product benefits, and address their concerns.
  4. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  5. Market Research: Gather insights about customer preferences and market trends to refine sales strategies.
  6. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
  7. Documentation Assistance: Guide clients in completing loan applications and ensure the accuracy of documentation.
  8. Compliance Adherence: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  9. Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to optimize sales processes and share best practices.
  10. Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market feedback, and customer concerns to the management.
