Job Description:

Position: Sales Manager (On-Roll)
Location: Surat
Department: HL LAP (Home Loans & Loan Against Property - Informal Vertical)
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA + Incentives
Experience: 3-4 years in Sales (Team Handling Experience Required)
Age Limit: Up to 33 years
Role Type: On-Roll (Permanent Employee) at a leading NBFC

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team in the Home Loans and Loan Against Property (HL LAP) vertical to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and expanding the customer base in Surat.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the sales team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and goal achievement.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration and enhance brand visibility in the home loan and LAP segment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including customer acquisition, product presentations, and closure of deals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, discuss market trends, and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer service.
  • Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in team handling.
  • Experience in the Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or financial services sector is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the financial products in the home loan and LAP segments.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
