We are hiring a Stock/Inventory Assistant in Ahmedabad.

Position: Stock/Inventory Assistant
Location: Santej, Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Depends on experience/ interview)
Experience: 1+ years
Qualification: Diploma/ Graduate
Gender: Male only
Skills Required: Basic computer skills (MS Office, etc.), Tally is a must

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and shelving incoming goods.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, movements, and inventory transactions.
• Perform regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy and avoid discrepancies.
• Organize and manage stockroom space efficiently to ensure optimal storage and easy access.
• Prepare and process orders for replenishment or shipment as per requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill stock requests and meet operational needs.
• Monitor stock levels regularly and report on inventory trends to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure proper documentation for stock transactions and report any issues promptly.
• Handle and address stock-related queries from other departments in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow safety and organizational standards while handling inventory and maintaining cleanliness in the stockroom.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in stock management or inventory handling.
• Knowledge of Tally and basic MS Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform regular stock audits and maintain accuracy in records.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
