Job Description:

We Are Production Manager In Unjah.

Position: Production Manager

Location: Unjah

Department: Operations / Manufacturing
Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Head
(Only Male )

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize production schedules based on business requirements.

• Ensure efficient utilization of resources, equipment, and manpower.

• Monitor production targets and ensure timely delivery of products.

• Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.

• Implement quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain production records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Supervise and lead the production team, including shift supervisors and operators.

• Monitor machine performance and ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Ensure adherence to ISO and other industry-specific standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing/production management.

• Strong knowledge of production planning tools and ERP systems.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen is a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
