HR Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational support to line managers and HR Director/Managers in employee relations issues to ensure proper HR documentation. Assist with recruitment and selection processes (job postings, scheduling interviews, screening resumes). Support various administrative tasks (related to international assignments, payments, orders) and pro-actively provide suggestions for improvement in these areas Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, performance appraisals, etc.). Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs. Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support payroll processing by collecting and validating data Prepare HR-related reports as required
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of HR functions and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software Eg. HRMS Preferred Skills: Ability to handle data with confidentiality. Problem-solving and critical thinking. Attention to detail and organizational skills
