Job Description:

We are hiring a HR Executive in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and shop-floor roles
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and roll out offers
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a bridge between management and workers to maintain healthy relations
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and retention strategies
3. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (Factories Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation
Coordinate with government authorities and auditors
4. Attendance, Payroll & Benefits
Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift management
Support payroll processing in coordination with accounts/finance
Ensure proper implementation of compensation & benefits policies
5. Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal processes for staff and workers
Track employee performance and training needs
Support skill development and training initiatives
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs, especially for shop-floor employees
Coordinate internal and external training programs
Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness
7. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records and HR MIS
Prepare HR reports and dashboards
Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across departments

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA (HR), or equivalent
2 years of HR experience in manufacturing/engineering industry
Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software

Preferred Skills
Experience in industrial relations (IR)
Exposure to ISO/quality systems in manufacturing
Ability to work in a fast-paced, shop-floor environment
