Job Description:

We are hiring a HR Executive in Ahmedabad.

*Job Title: HR Executive*
*Location: Ahmedabad*

 

*Key Responsibilities*
*A)* Attendance & Workforce Reporting
• Maintain attendance and leave trackers; prepare weekly and monthly workforce reports
• Monitor absenteeism trends and support leave reconciliation
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
*B)* Recruitment & Talent Coordination
• Source candidates through job portals, universities, and LinkedIn
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling
• Maintain candidate databases and hiring pipeline trackers
• Collect documentation and support onboarding coordination
*C)* SOP Development & HR Process Structuring
• Assist in drafting and updating SOPs across departments
• Support HR process improvements, including onboarding, offboarding, and exit processes
• Assist in developing the Employee Handbook, Standing Orders, and KYC documentation
systems
*D)* Organizational Development & Culture Initiatives
• Support Learning and Development programs and maintain training records
• Plan and coordinate team engagement activities such as birthdays, anniversaries, and team
events
• Assist in employee wellbeing initiatives, employer branding, and CSR activities
*E)* Compliance, Accreditation & External Liaison
• Compile and maintain compliance documentation and Management Review records
• Support accreditation processes such as ISO, ESSCI, ASDC, and AICTE
• Conduct research, coordinate with external authorities, and prepare process reports
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external regulatory bodies
*F)* Documentation, Reporting & Dashboard Management
• Draft and manage NDAs, offer letters, internship letters, agreements, and official
communications
• Maintain structured digital records and centralized documentation systems
• Prepare management reports, data summaries, and performance dashboards
*G)* Operations & Process Management
• Maintain daily task trackers and workflow sheets
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly summaries
• Support process improvements and documentation structuring

*Desired Qualifications*
• Any graduate or postgraduate (HR specialization preferred)
• Strong interest in human resources, operations, and organizational development
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior internship or experience in HR/recruitment is a plus
