Job Description:
We are hiring a store person in charge of Chhatral.
Store Incharge (Warehouse) Job Responsibilities
(ONLY MALE CAN APPLY)
Experience: 2 TO 3 YEARS
Salary: Up to 25k
Material Collection & & Documentation:
Collect materials and maintain an Inward Register along with the GRN (Goods ReceiptNote). Ensure purchase invoices are checked and signed.
Warehouse Organization:
Arrange materials in their designated areas within the warehouse for easy access and safety.
Coordination with Production:
Notify the production team upon material arrival for inspection and approval. Issue required materials to the production team as needed.
Stock Management & Reordering:
Inform the Accounts Team when stock levels of Raw Materials (RM) or Packaging Materials (PM) are low, to initiate the purchase order process.
Dispatch Preparation:
Prepare materials for dispatch, including packaging and labeling of cartons. Print and affix all necessary labels and stickers for outbound goods.
Delivery Scheduling:
Communicate delivery schedules in advance to tempo drivers and logistics providers. Collect the LR (Lorry Receipt) copy from drivers or transporters and hand it over to the Accounts Team.
Storage Maintenance:
Store all Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) in the basement storage area. Regularly inspect storage conditions to ensure materials are safely and properly stored.
Damage Reporting & Product Replacement:
Report any product damage or replacements to the Accounts Team and handle product returns or replacements with vendors, ensuring that a record is maintained.
Stock Verification:
Ensure that physical stock and software records match by verifying at least five product stocks daily.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Ensure that no materials obstruct the passage in the production area. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all storage areas.
Dispatch Planning:
Collect dispatch details in advance from the production team to ensure the timely preparation of shipments.
Order & Supply Coordination:
Review sales orders with the Accounts Team and maintain adequate RM and PM for uninterrupted production.Regularly communicate with suppliers and vendors to facilitate the smooth flow of materials.
